The looks like a really good sandwich! I like how you have veggies on both the upper and under sides of the sandwich. And that's a lot of turkey! Which is tasty. Quite a piece of work. I'd give it an 8.7 (which is pretty high).
High marks... actually it's chicken... oven roasted. Good stuff.
